Pelister Ultra-Trail® is an international event held for the second year in a row in the oldest National Park in S. Macedonia, Pelister National Park. The second edition of Pelister Ultra-Trail® will take place on June 26, 2021. This edition will have two mountain races, Big Lake trail 18K and Molika Trail 45K.

Big Lake Trail - with a length of 18 km, 1170 meters of ascent and 1170 meters of descent. The start of the trail is from the Ski Center Nizepole, with a time limit of 5 hours, 1 checkpoint and a maximum altitude of 2218 meters.

Starting from the Ski Center Nizepole, the trail takes you to the settlement Lak Potok from where the climb along the "Debel Rid" begins, to the most striking trademark of Pelister - "Golemo Ezero". Down the trail opens through the latitudes to Orlovi Bari, and the descent takes place along the beauties of the river Sapuncica, all the way to the Ski Center Nizepole.

The race carries 1 point according to ITRA (International Trail Running Association), and it is completely within the Pelister National Park.

Molika Trail - a 45 km long mountain race, with 2820 meters of ascent and 2820 meters of descent. The start of the trail is from the Ski Center Nizepole, with a time limit of 12 hours, 4 checkpoints and a maximum altitude of 2601 meters.

The race starts with a descent to the village of Nizopole and a climb to the church of St. Atanasij that will take you through the beauties of the National Park, the deep Molika forests and the very top of Pelister where the endless beautiful horizons and landscapes of Baba Mountain open. It continues along the wide meadows passing through the two mountain lakes - Pelister Eyes, descending along the river Sapuncica, through the place called Orlovi Bari until the end of the race at the Ski Center Nizepole.

The race carries 2 points according to ITRA (International Trail Running Association) and is completely within the Pelister National Park.

Both races are organized according to ITRA (International Trail Running Association) rules and regulations for this type of racing, and each race carries a certain number of points for UTMB®.
