Each participant is obliged to follow the rules and guidelines of the organizer and the guides, otherwise he is responsible for the unintended consequences;
Guides have the right to exclude a member before the start of the mountaineering tour if he does not have the appropriate mountaineering equipment.
Each participant can be excluded from the group due to misconduct.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the plan and program, especially if it is due to weather and security reasons.
